I may be able to give you some advice on how to build up confidence. Really, just be yourself. Tell yourself what you are striving for, and try to get yourself in gear. Have the mindset that nobody can get in the way of what you want to achieve- but yourself. And just keep thinking about it, and trying everything you can to be calm about it. Think of what you are going for as not scary or intimidating, think that you are above it and that way you think, hey, I can accomplish it.

This may not be the kind of advice you were looking for, since it’s so general. If you want to send another inbox, maybe telling what you need to build confidence up for, I could possibly give you even more detailed advice!
